About the event

Food Truck Festivals of America, LLC is a full-service turn-key Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival event marketing the Largest in the US! It was launched in 2011 in New England. It was the first of its kind, not only in the New England Region but in America. It all started with Food Truck events in the Boston Area and included events all over Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York & Rhode Island. It evolved years later, putting on Food Truck events across the country with an added component, “Craft Beer!” FTFA has put on over 200 large events, and our goal is not only to introduce communities across the country to the booming phenomenon of gourmet food trucks but also to support the small business owners who run them. We aim to create destination events that feature the trucks and the food they serve, along with the best craft beer and beverages in the country. REQUIREMENTS PER THE GULF SHORES, AL FIRE DEPARTMENT: PLEASE LOOK OVER ALL ATTACHMENTS TO THIS EMAIL. YOU MUST HAVE EVERYTHING ON THESE LISTS, OR THE FIRE MARSHAL/PROPANE MARSHAL WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PARTICIPATE. THEY ARE EXTREMELY STRICT!!! INSPECTIONS WILL BE DONE ON THURSDAY, 11/5, STARTING AT 9 AM AT THE TOWN GREEN. EVERY TRUCK/TRAILER MUST BE THERE IN PERSON AND PASS INSPECTION TO PARTICIPATE. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE. PER THE FIRE MARSHALL, EVERY TRUCK MUST ABIDE BY THESE RULES: EACH FOOD UNIT IS REQUIRED TO HAVE PROOF OF CURRENT BALDWIN COUNTY HEALTH DEPT FOOD PERMIT BEFORE BEING ALLOWED ON THE EVENT SITE. EACH FOOD UNIT SHALL PASS THE CITY OF GULF SHORES FOOD UNIT FIRE INSPECTION AND PROPANE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BEING ALLOWED ON THE EVENT SITE. THEY REQUIRE FOOD TRUCKS TO COME BEFORE THE EVENT ON A SPECIFIC DAY TO BE INSPECTED. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE DATE THEY PICK FOR THE INSPECTION. THEY WILL NOT INSPECT THE MORNING OF THE EVENT. FAILURE TO COME TO THIS INSPECTION WILL MEAN YOUR FOOD TRUCK WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. TENTS SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM FLAME RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS MANDATED BY THE FIRE CODE. MAKE SURE THE TAG IS ON THE TENT SHOWING THIS REQUIREMENT.

You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Friday, October 30, 2026. If you are a trailer, you will have to unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot. There is only metered parking onsite for all vendors.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!
