1️⃣ Volunteer Participation
Volunteers must be 18 years or older (unless otherwise approved by FTFA).
All volunteers must register in advance and receive confirmation from Food Truck Festivals of America (FTFA) before participating.
By signing up, you agree to represent FTFA in a positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
Volunteers are expected to arrive on time and stay for the full duration of their assigned shift.
2️⃣ Roles & Responsibilities
Volunteer roles may include greeting guests, assisting at entry gates, distributing information, monitoring trash/recycling areas, helping with setup or breakdown, and supporting festival operations.
Specific duties will be assigned based on event needs — flexibility is appreciated!
FTFA reserves the right to reassign or adjust volunteer duties as necessary on the day of the event.
3️⃣ Conduct & Behavior
Volunteers must treat attendees, vendors, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect and courtesy.
The use of alcohol, drugs, or vaping during a volunteer shift is strictly prohibited.
Any unprofessional, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the event and exclusion from future opportunities.
4️⃣ Health & Safety
Volunteers agree to follow all event safety guidelines and comply with any instructions from FTFA staff or security.
Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
Volunteers are encouraged to bring water, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate clothing — all events are rain or shine!
5️⃣ Compensation & Perks
Volunteer positions are unpaid.
In appreciation of your time and effort, all volunteers will receive a FREE exclusive FTFA Volunteer T-shirt and may enjoy access to the festival before or after their shift (depending on role and availability).
6️⃣ Liability Waiver
By volunteering, you acknowledge that participation may involve physical activity and potential risks.
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Food Truck Festivals of America, LLC, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, injury, or damages that may arise during your participation.
7️⃣ Photography & Media Release
By volunteering, you grant FTFA permission to use photos, videos, or media featuring you for promotional purposes, including social media, print, and digital marketing.
8️⃣ Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your volunteer application through Eventeny, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
