After School Art - 2026

After School Art is a great opportunity for kids to play and learn in Kentuck's Studio 2. These multi-day classes meet once a week for a month, so students get to experiment with a wide variety of artistic media and make some new friends. Let the kiddos play at Kentuck for an hour and a half while you take care of you! This class is for ages 8-12 to showcase their talents, make new friends, and have fun learning new techniques. Registration ($80) covers all days of this multi-day class, and all supplies and snacks are included. Ages 8-12: Tuesdays from 3:30pm-5:00pm Wednesdays from 3:30pm-5:00pm August: Week 1: Painting Week 2: Process Art Week 3: Sewing Week 4: Drawing September: Week 1: Weaving Week 2: STEAM Week 3: Puzzles Week 4: Collaboration Project This class will be located in Studio 2 which is located behind Rusty the big red dog on our campus. Look for the blue double doors in the Courtyard of Wonders! All supplies are included. This class is open to ages 8-12 This workshop is sponsored in part by the Alabama State Council on the Arts.
