Please read all information carefully and follow all instructions when filling out and submitting the applications. Do not leave any area blank or assume we already have your information. The Vendor Committee limits the overall number and type of vendors for each event. Therefore, applications will be considered based on previous experience, menu items, and professionalism. We strongly encourage potential vendors to submit completed applications as soon as possible as spaces will fill up quickly - we are only accepting 30 Food/Drink/Dessert vendors for this event. We look forward to reviewing your application! This application is for FOOD,DRINK, DESSERT, and VEGAN vendors. There is no price difference between these vendor types.

Hours: Set up from 8 am to 11:30 am on Friday May 19, 2023 
           Operation from 12 pm to 8 pm
Vendor Fees: Food vendor booth fees including application fee are $300 for the day. A mandatory cleaning deposit of $200 is fully refundable provided your booth space is left clean. 
 
Parking: FREE

3) You will receive an approval or regrets email to the address provided in your application by May 17, 2023. 
4) You MUST attend one vendor training orientation (May 17, 2023). The session will be held live and via Zoom.

This application is intended for retail and business vendors. We would like you to have an excellent business opportunity to promote your business and/or sell your unique products. 
 
RETAIL BOOTHS SHOULD NOT: 
  • sell food or drinks
  • have activities that other vendors will be providing for a fee (ex: free water, pop corn or other food besides small candy items)
  • sublease vendor space to another vendor
  • giveaway food. water or other goods that would be sold at the event

  • sell items that are not from the non-profit or about the non-profit
  • allow others to sell from the non-profit tent
  • sublease vendor space to another vendor
  • giveaway food. water or other goods that would be sold at the event
