We are currently accepting food vendors for consideration for Jolly Holly Day. A variety of food trucks, snacks, drinks and treats will be selected for the event. Estimated attendance is approximately 3,000 people. Application does NOT guarantee acceptance. All vendors must make food items in a kitchen inspected by a health department. Cottage license vendors will NOT be accepted. Map and loading instructions will be sent the week of Glow in the Park. Vendors will be notified in a timely manor upon application completion.

Vendors may include businesses who wish to come to the park to promote their business. Sponsorship's are also available and may include banner placements, reserved seating, logo placement, tents, tables and chairs and other perks. Contact Amy for more details (adoherty@suwanee.com) This fee is JUST grass space at the event. Vendor must provide their own tent, tables and chairs. Vendors set up time is 4 pm. Vendor hours are 6 pm until 9:30 pm.

Jolly Holly Day is in need of volunteers to assist with the making of S mores, helping with arts & crafts, assisting with Santa photos and spreading holiday cheer. Great for high school kids who want to work on service hours! Anyone under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Waiver is available online.
