Vendors will receive parking vouchers in the mail prior to the show, 1 voucher per business. Guests on the day of the show will have a $10 parking fee.

Welcome to the 8th Annual Santa's Helpers Market! Last year we had over 600 in attendance in a much smaller location with limited parking! Browse through the application and let me know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Categories:Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category.
Booth fees will be refunded if application is denied.
Requirements:
- Vendors are expected to stay set up during the entirety of the show, packing up early may cause you to lose acceptance to future shows.
- Vendors will be required to share this show via email, social media, mailings,etc. Anyone not helping to promote this show will lose acceptance to future shows. We all make this show a success! I will be using vendor fees to pay for advertising via Facebook, mailers, fliers, as well as looking into billboard rental and radio advertisements if the budget allows for it. Alliant Energy Center will also be adverting this show on their electronic billoard in front of the Event Center.
Set Up Times:

Saturday set up is 8am - 10a
