7th Annual Space Coast Wing Battle 2026

By submitting this application, you are signing an electronic agreement to validate your participation in the Event and to agree to adhere to all Event Rules and Guidelines, if you are selected to participate. 

This application is for any Dessert Vendors interested in participating in the 7th Annual Space Coast Wing Battle.  Please review the "Terms & Conditions" for this application and the event before submitting. We will only be accepting 3-4 Different Style Dessert Vendors to participate in this event!

We are accepting a very limited number of Marketplace/Retail Vendors to participate in the 7th Annual Space Coast Wing Battle with The Children's Hunger Project!  This is a 21+ Event, with 2,000 attendees, from 6pm - 10pm on Saturday, August 15th, 2026 at Wickham Park, Melbourne FL.  The only non-food vendors that will be participating in this event with a booth are our sponsors and a select number of Marketplace/Retail vendors.  This event grants attendees unlimited wings and alcohol for the full duration of the event.  This is one big party!  Please be sure to read the "terms & conditions" on the application and email us at Vendors@BattleBrosEvents.com if you have any questions.  If you are a commercial business, service industry business or a business wanting advertising/marketing - please refer to our Sponsor Vendor Application.

Sign up to become an official Event Sponsor of the 7th Annual Space Coast Wing Battle with the Children's Hunger Project!  Find the different Sponsorship Packages below under "Related Files."  Your business will benefit from the marketing exposure to 100's of thousands leading up to the event, as well as Medium Tier + Sponsors benefiting from in-person, day of exposure to the thousands we see in attendance. This is an all-inclusive style event, where ticket holders will enjoy unlimited WING samplings and unlimited full size Beer, Seltzer and Liquor/Cocktails* Attendees will stop by each booth to sample what each competitor is servin' up.. And then continue to enjoy unlimited wing samplings, alcohol, game area, and concert all night long! Attendees will also be given a branded Battle Bros Events voters token to drop off with the competitor of their choice for the "People's Choice Vote" A panel of qualified judges will announce the 2026 Space Coast Wing Battle Champion based on a Blind Judging process. Unique and Flavorful dessert vendors will also be on-site, and available for purchase at the event. *GA Ticket includes Event Entrance at 7PM and Unlimited Domestic Beer and Hard Seltzer.*VIP Ticket includes Event Entrance at 6PM and additionally includes Unlimited Draft Craft Beer and Liquor/Cocktails.
