our next brooklyn event is on sunday, 7/19! we're hosting 20-30 vendors at 1 Ingraham St, Brooklyn NY 11206. the venue is ground floor, and full assistance with load in can be provided upon request from our staff.
we will be providing three hours for set up and two hours for load out; the event will run from 1-6pm. there is limited free street parking on Johnson Ave/Bogart St as well as a parking garage nearby with reasonable rates. please note: there is currently NO A/C in the event space. there are ample fans provided by the venue to circle air, and we keep the door propped open all day!
we are looking for y2k/vintage clothing vendors, streetwear, jewelry, permanent jewelry, accessories, handmade and upcycled, crochet/knit, 1of1s, tooth gem artists as well as food, snacks and drinks! 4/20 and alcohol friendly! returning vendors will get priority but we will be accepting most applications first come first serve.
we have 2 options available for vendor spots:
an 8 x 8 spot is $150 (there is a limit of 3 structures or 2 racks and a table/pile - racks/tables are interchangeable as structures)
an indoor 6' table spot is $120. this is space for one 6' table or rack (vendors who use more than one structure will be charged the rate of a 8 x 8 moving forward)
PLEASE NOTE: if you are splitting a booth, please include all names/quantity of vendors sharing your booth
submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. we cannot take specific spot requests, and spot priority will be given to vendors who are consistently on time with payment and set up.
