IMPORTANT: Septemberfest’s Arts & Crafts Show has historically been located entirely on grass. Due to the ongoing Municipal Center construction project, the show layout was modified in 2025 and will remain in this configuration through 2026. As a result, the majority of booth spaces are located on asphalt along both sides of Summit Drive, with additional spaces located on grass.
Septemberfest will make every reasonable effort to honor location preferences indicated at the time of application; however, placement preferences cannot be guaranteed.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this layout adjustment.
The Village of Schaumburg and the Septemberfest Committee cordially invite you to participate in the 45th annual Septemberfest Arts & Crafts Show; 55th annual Septemberfest. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
Also featuring entertainment on three stages, a carnival, craft beer & wine garden, Taste of Schaumburg, Not-for-Profit Day, Bingo, drone display on Sunday evening, and a Labor Day parade on Monday on the grounds of the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts in Schaumburg.
ATTENDANCE
Since its inception, Septemberfest has seen a consistent increase in attendance. The Labor Day celebration historically draws over 100,000 patrons with most festival attendees from Schaumburg and the surrounding communities. Our Labor Day celebration is rooted in strong support and patronage from residents of Schaumburg and the surrounding suburbs. We're delighted to also welcome attendees from across the greater Chicagoland area and beyond state lines, making Septemberfest the destination to be for Labor Day weekend.
