2026 VIRGINIA BEACH CHRISTMAS MARKET APPLICATION - PLEASE READ BELOW

Hello! Thanks for your interest in our 45th Annual Virginia Beach Christmas Market! Our deadline has passed however we have about 25 spaces left in the show, so we will continue to accept applications until October 20th. 

Please note that not all sbooths sizes are availabe.  If you apply and you do not see the size booth you are normally accustomed to choosing, please put a note at the end of the application in "Special Requests" that you woud like to be on a waitlist for a certain size booth, etc. 

.  The following categories are closed: 

Bath & Body, Candles, Glass, Gourmet Food, Pet Products, Wood.    You may request to be juried onto the wailist in these categories by mentioning it in the "Special Requests" section at the end of the application.

COMMUNICATIONS

Once you apply to an EMG event, all communication will be sent through the Eventeny Messaging System. Emails will come from EXPRESS@eventeny.com and the subject line will include the name of the show you applied for.

To ensure you don’t miss important updates—such as application status, payment reminders, booth assignments, exhibitor guides, or last-minute show information—please add this email address to your safe senders list or address book.All messages between you and EMG remain attached to your application in Eventeny. If you can’t find a previous email, simply log in to Eventeny, go to your Messaging Inbox, and you’ll be able to view all past conversations in one place.

By signing this application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Your remaining booth balance is due in full upon acceptance.

If your credit card is declined when we process your remaining balance, you will have 24 hours to update your payment information and complete payment. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your application will be withdrawn, and your booth space will be offered to the next qualified applicant.
