The South Texas Food Truck Festival goals are to promote and celebrate South Texas and its variety of foods and a place where families can go and have a good time together. The food truck festivities begin at 12:00 noon and wrap up around 10:00PM. The whole event is FREE and open to the public; all you need to pay for is the great food!
