The Wildside Crush Festival October 3 & 4 Wildside Winery | 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY The Wildside Crush Festival is our annual grape harvest celebration — a two-day festival honoring the moment when grapes begin their transformation into wine. This is harvest season at Wildside, when the vineyard and winery are full of energy, beauty, and anticipation for the vintage to come. Spend the weekend surrounded by vines, autumn light, music, and the rhythm of winemaking in motion. The Wildside Crush Festival is curated for artists, crafters, makers, boutiques, farmers, and food vendors offering handmade goods, specialty products, locally produced food, and items that complement the harvest season and winery setting.

 

Wildside Winery is a family-friendly venue. Approved vendors must offer products and displays appropriate for a family-friendly environment.

 

Vendor selection is based on product fit, category balance, and available space. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Terms & Conditions
The Wildside Crush Festival By submitting an application and/or participating in The Wildside Crush Festival, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Vendor Focus & Curation This event is primarily curated for artists, crafters, makers, boutiques, farmers, and food vendors offering handmade goods, specialty products, or locally produced food. Priority is given to vendors whose offerings align with the harvest-themed, winery-focused atmosphere of the festival. Vendor selection is based on product fit, category balance, and space availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. 2. Family-Friendly Standard Wildside Winery is a family-friendly venue. Only products, signage, and displays that reflect a family-friendly environment will be approved. The event organizer reserves the right to require removal of items not aligned with this standard. 3. Application Fee A non-refundable application fee is charged at the time of application submission. The application fee is required for consideration and is non-refundable under all circumstances. 4. Booth Fee A booth fee is charged upon acceptance. Booth fees are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation by the organizer. 5. Setup & Event Hours Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM each day. All vendors must be fully set up and ready to serve by 12:00 PM. Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted. 6. Booth Space & Equipment Vendors must bring all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, and weights. Electricity is not available unless explicitly stated. Vendor spaces are first come, first served within designated and marked areas. Vendors must remain within their assigned footprint. 7. Products & Sales Vendors may only sell items approved in their application. The event organizer reserves the right to require removal of unapproved items. Vendors are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and tax compliance. 8. Weather Policy This is an outdoor event. In the event of poor or unsafe weather, the festival may be rescheduled. Vendor fees will carry over to the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related rescheduling. 9. Liability Vendors participate at their own risk. Wildside Winery and affiliated parties are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. 10. Conduct Vendors are expected to act professionally and follow all instructions from event staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. 11. Photography & Promotion The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Vendors grant permission for images of their booth and products to be used in marketing materials. 12. Agreement Submission of an application constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions listed above.
