
The 21st Highland Jazz and Blues Festival will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at Columbia Park located in Shreveport, LA.
The vendor application is open to artists, artisans/crafters, culinary curators, and other businesses that have a product to sale that brings a uniqueness to the festival.
Vendors will be defined as follows:
Artists/Artisans/Crafters: An artist, artisan, and crafter is one or makes art or objects with their hands with a level of skill and proficiency.
Cottage Food Vendor: A Cottage Food vendor is one who makes jams, jellies, preserves, syrups, sauces, salsa, flavored oils, vinegars, pickles, fermented products, dried products, candies, and baked goods, all of which must be packaged and labeled in accordance with Louisiana Cottage Food Law.
Concessionaire/Food Truck: A concessionaire and/or food truck is an entrepreneurial food business that prepares various forms of food for public consumption on the festival site.
Added Value Vendor: An added value vendor is a business/organization that does not fall under any of the other categories, but has a product, activity, or service that provides added value to the festival
Nonprofit organization: A 501c3 organization that this providing an activity or service at the festival.
All vendors will be notified of application status by August 15th.
