Vendor Call: Wildside Winery’s School of Witchcraft & Wizardry

Wildside Winery invites makers, mystics, and magical merchants to apply for School of Witchcraft & Wizardry, a two-day spring festival set on the vineyard grounds in Versailles, Kentucky.

This immersive, family-friendly event transforms Wildside into an enchanting world of spells, creatures, potions, and play — drawing a large, engaged audience eager to shop, explore, and linger.

 

We are seeking thoughtfully crafted, theme-aligned vendors offering unique goods and experiences, including (but not limited to):

 

Herbology: plants, herbs, apothecary items, earthy goods
Divination: tarot, palmistry, intuitive arts, spiritual services
Potions: candles, oils, teas, magical blends
Transfiguration: beauty, skincare, self-care goods
Charms: jewelry, adornments, wearable magic
Care of Magical Creatures: educational or creature-focused experiences


This is a curated marketplace designed to feel cohesive, whimsical, and intentional. Vendors are selected with care to ensure variety, flow, and an elevated guest experience.

Dates: Saturday, April 18 (12:00–7:00 PM) and Sunday, April 19 (12:00–5:00 PM)
Location: Wildside Winery, 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY
Admission: Free to the public
Environment: Outdoor, rain or shine

 

Vendors should be prepared for an outdoor setup and a high-energy, family-friendly crowd. This event includes themed activities, live music, interactive experiences, and strong on-site promotion, creating excellent visibility and sales potential for participating vendors.

Vendor Terms & Conditions Wildside Winery’s School of Witchcraft & Wizardry April 18–19 Wildside Winery | 5500 Troy Pike, Versailles, KY By submitting a vendor application, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Vendor Selection & Curation This is a curated event. Vendors are selected to create a balanced, engaging marketplace that aligns with the theme and overall guest experience. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Wildside Winery reserves the right to limit duplicate vendors and product categories to ensure variety. 2. Vendor Fees & Payment All vendor fees are clearly listed within the Eventeny application. If accepted, the vendor fee will be processed immediately through Eventeny at the time of acceptance. By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and agree to this payment process. Application fees and vendor fees are non-refundable, except in the event the festival is canceled by Wildside Winery. 3. Outdoor Event & Weather Preparedness This is an outdoor event. Vendors must be fully weather-prepared. The event is held rain or shine Vendors are responsible for tents, weights, waterproofing, and securing all displays No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, including rain, wind, or temperature changes Please plan accordingly to protect your products and setup. 4. Setup & Breakdown Vendors must be fully set up before the event opens each day Early breakdown before official event close times is not permitted Setup times, load-in instructions, and assigned spaces will be shared closer to the event Failure to comply may affect eligibility for future Wildside Winery events. 5. Booth Space & Equipment Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and weights All tents must be properly weighted for safety Displays must remain within assigned space and may not block walkways or neighboring booths Electricity is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing 6. Conduct & Presentation Wildside Winery is a family-friendly venue. Vendors must maintain professional, respectful conduct at all times Products, signage, and displays must be appropriate for a general audience No amplified sound, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior is permitted 6A. Removal for Misconduct Wildside Winery reserves the right to require a vendor to leave the event immediately if their behavior, products, or conduct are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to: Unsafe setup or failure to properly secure tents and displays Aggressive, disrespectful, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior Products or signage that do not match the approved application or are not family-appropriate Failure to follow event staff instructions or safety guidelines If a vendor is asked to leave due to misconduct or noncompliance, no refunds will be issued, and the vendor may be disqualified from future Wildside Winery events. 7. Licenses, Permits & Compliance Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required licenses, permits, or insurance related to their business. Food vendors must comply with all applicable local and state health regulations. 8. Liability & Insurance Vendors participate at their own risk. Wildside Winery is not responsible for: Loss, theft, or damage to vendor property Injury to vendors, staff, or volunteers Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance. 9. Branding & Promotion By participating, vendors grant Wildside Winery permission to use their business name, logo, and images of their booth or products for event promotion before, during, and after the festival. 10. Cancellations & Refund Policy All vendor and application fees are non-refundable. If a vendor cancels within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued for any reason. No-shows forfeit their space and fees and may impact eligibility for future Wildside Winery events. 11. Scam Awareness Vendor applications will only be announced and accepted through Wildside Winery’s official channels. Wildside Winery is not responsible for third-party solicitations or scams. 12. Final Authority Wildside Winery reserves the right to: Assign and adjust vendor placement as needed Make final decisions regarding event operations Enforce these terms to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-run event
