Event dates, hours, locations, vendors, entertainment, activities, layouts, and other details are subject to change. Unless otherwise announced, our markets are outdoor, rain-or-shine events and may be modified, delayed, shortened, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Unless otherwise stated, event-related purchases are final and refunds are not guaranteed due to weather, schedule changes, vendor or entertainment changes, personal conflicts, or a guest's decision not to attend.Vendors and food vendors participating in ACM Texas events are independent businesses. ACM Texas is not responsible for their products, services, food, pricing, warranties, transactions, refunds, or representations. Guests with allergies or dietary concerns should speak directly with the food vendor before purchasing. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children, and pet owners are responsible for keeping their animals under control and cleaning up after them. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely. Anyone engaging in threatening, aggressive, disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may be removed from the event without refund.Guests are responsible for their vehicles, purchases, and personal belongings. Photography and video may take place during our events, and attendees may appear incidentally in promotional, advertising, social media, livestream, or archival content. Attendance at an outdoor public event involves ordinary risks including weather, heat, crowds, uneven or wet surfaces, temporary structures, animals, vehicle traffic, food and beverage consumption, and slips or falls. Guests voluntarily accept these ordinary risks and are responsible for exercising reasonable care while attending.To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACM Texas, its event brands, organizers, employees, contractors, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and property owners are not responsible for injuries, losses, theft, damages, accidents, or other claims resulting from circumstances outside their reasonable control or the ordinary risks associated with attending an event. Nothing in these terms waives liability that cannot legally be waived. By attending an ACM Texas event, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and any additional rules or instructions posted at the event or provided by authorized event staff.
