By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:• Approval and Payment: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If approved, the card provided will be charged automatically upon approval to secure your booth space.• Booth Space: Each standard booth includes one approximately 10x10 indoor space unless otherwise stated. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and other setup materials.• Vendor Selection: We work hard to create a varied vendor lineup and limit excessive product overlap whenever possible. Category or product exclusivity is not guaranteed.• Cancellations and Booth Transfers: Vendor fees are nonrefundable after approval. If you are unable to attend, your booth may be resold or transferred to another vendor who has been approved by the event organizer. You may find your own replacement vendor, or the organizer may attempt to fill the space with another approved vendor. Replacement vendors must complete an application and receive approval before taking over the booth. No booth may be sold, transferred, or given to another vendor without prior approval.• Attendance: Vendors are expected to be fully set up and ready before the event opens at 10 AM. Booths may not be packed up or removed before 4 PM without prior approval from the event organizer.• Booth Placement: Booth placement is determined by the event organizer based on vendor needs, power requirements, traffic flow, space, and the overall event layout. Placement requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.• Products and Displays: Vendors may only sell or promote the products or services listed on their application unless additional items are approved. Displays must remain within the assigned booth space and may not block aisles, entrances, exits, or neighboring vendors.• Licenses and Taxes: Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, food permits, sales tax requirements, or other approvals required for their business or products.• Safety and Conduct: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe booth area and treating attendees, other vendors, event staff, and venue staff respectfully. The organizer reserves the right to require the removal of unsafe, inappropriate, or undisclosed products or displays. Vendors may also be asked to leave if their conduct creates a safety or event concern.• Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, displays, employees, and personal property. Hellooo Spring, Cheeky Doodles Events, and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended property.• Photos and Promotion: Photos and video may be taken during the event and may be used to promote Hellooo Spring and future Cheeky Doodles Events.By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and understand that your card will be charged if your application is approved.
