BOOTH FEES ARE DUE IN FULL UPON ACCEPTANCE, unless you request a Payment Plan in your application at the time of submission,
Payment Plan will have the option to pay a DEPOSIT of 1/3 your booth fee and will be required upon approval, 1/3 deposit due on November 15, 2026, and balance on January 15, 2027.
Balances Due:
Exhibitors with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to participate. Any unpaid balance must be paid in cash at check-in.
Booth Information
- Cart Spaces are 6’ X 6’ and work must be contained within the assigned space. You may not infringe on another space physically or audibly.
Do not extend beyond your space or interfere with neighboring booths physically or audibly infringe upon neighboring booths. Special placement requests are not guaranteed and may include additional fees.
The Vendor Manager will inspect booths before the event. Vendors without proper equipment (i.e., fire extinguisher, propane tanks stored properly) will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be given.
Setup & Breakdown
- EXHIBITORS IN OLD SCHOOL SQUARE: Thursday, April 8th (9:00 am – 7:00 pm)
- EXHIBITORS ON ATLANTIC AVENUE: Friday, April 9th (4:00 am to 8:00 am)
You will receive an Exhibitor Identification Form that must be printed and displayed on your vehicle dashboard. This is required to identify you as an exhibitor and may help prevent towing.
Booth Tear Down:
Teardown begins at 5:00 PM on Sunday. Vehicles will be allowed on-site only when approved by police or event staff. Bring a dolly or hand truck to assist with load-out, especially if vehicle access is delayed. No vehicles are permitted on-site after Friday’s load-in deadline—use a hand truck if needed.
Old School Square Exhibitors:
If you are assigned to the Old School Square section, vehicles are strictly prohibited on grass. Please plan accordingly for load-in and load-out.
Parking:
- We do not provide designated parking for exhibitors or sponsors. Free and metered parking is available on streets surrounding the event footprint. (The City of Delray Beach uses the ParkMobile system downtown—please follow posted signs and time limits to avoid tickets. We are not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles.)
- Reserved RV/trailer parking is limited and first-come, first-serve while available. Please request RV/trailer space in your application and include the $50 fee at check-out. You will not be charged until your space has been confirmed. In addition, email teamfmg@festivalmanagementgroup.com to join the waitlist.
- No vehicles may be parked adjacent to booths.
Event Policies

Event staff reserves the right to remove non-compliant exhibitors.
All exhibitors are responsible for their own items and security.

Communication/Text Alert System

- Bring basic tools to setup your booth like – staple gun, zip ties, duct tape, step stool pens, batteries, and scissors
- No-shows (without notice by 7:00 a.m. event day) will forfeit their space.
- Anyone with an outstanding balance will not be permitted to exhibit at the show. If determined that you have a balance due, you must pay cash upon check-in.
- Please remove your vehicle from the event footprint before setting up your booth.

Security:

- $50 Application Fee - Please note: Applying does not guarantee acceptance and is NON-REFUNDABLE. All applications are reviewed by our committee, and you will be notified of approval or denial.

- $100 Corner Booth Space with the exception of Old School Sqaure grounds. You will only be charged if your request is granted and you are placed on a corner

- Double booth: 10’ x 20’ (must be selected during registration).

Tent & Equipment
Exhibitors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and weights unless renting a tent package.
Tent rental packages available:
- 10’ x 10’ includes a tent, 1 table, 2 chairs, weights and sides
- 10’ x 20’ includes a tent, 2 tables, 4 chairs, weights and sides
All tents must be properly secured with 40 lbs. per leg (no bungee cords).
Non-compliant setups will not be permitted to participate.
