Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market Non-Profit Spotlight Application
This application is for Non-Profits ONLY.
A non-refundable, $20 application fee required.
Looking to showcase your organization in front of hundreds of people in a laid back enviroment? Sign up for the Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market Non-Profit Spotlight! Complete the application and submit your available dates. One organization will be showcased per market. The amount of applicants will determine the amount of markets you can attend.

Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market Vendor Application
This is for General and Craft & Artisan Vendors only.
Prepared Food/Food Trucks/Trailers will be in a separate application.
Full Season is $350-375 or Part-Time at $40-45 per market (See descriptions and pricing below).
A non-refundable, $20 application fee required. If approved, an invoice will be sent out with full amount due.

Types of Vendor Booths:
General Vendors ($350) include IOWA GROWN Farm products, Fresh Floral, Value-added items, and Bakery Goods.
- All farm products sold at the Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market must be 100% Iowa grown (meaning grown at an Iowa Farm). All products
sold must come from each vendor’s own farm or farms. Products are not allowed to be purchased from other farms. If a product comes from another farm, the other farm must be part of a joint business venture such as a cooperative.
- Fresh Floral - Fresh and dried flowers, seeds and potted plants, etc… Fresh
floral creations must be created by Vendor.
- Value Added Items - Honeys, mustards, salsas, jams, meats, eggs, cheese, poultry, etc. made or grown by Vendor.
- Bakery Goods - Breads, pies, cookies, cakes and other homemade foods.
Craft/Artisan ($375) - Defined as a vendor whose product is home-crafted, personally designed, and created by the vendor. Production materials optimally come from regional sources or are fabricated by vendors themselves. The handcrafted component must dominate the commercial component. The commercial component must be transformed in a way that makes the work original and unique. Items included in this category include; crafts, artwork, inedible items such as herbal products, personal care and beauty products.
This is for Prepared Food/Food Truck Vendors only. Full Season is $400 or Part-Time at $40 per market.

The number of Trucks/Trailers will be limited to 6 per market. If you have a booth-style setup and open to being in the grass, please indicate that in the questions below. These will also be limited based on the number of applicants and type of food served.

The Uptown Ankeny Farmers Market is looking for staff to help with setup, vendor management, train tickets, and clean up of the event.
The season goes from Saturday, May 23 through September 26.
Each Saturday we will need staff from 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Split shifts can be made available.
Our July 4th week market will be held on July 2nd from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
The market will be closed on 7/11 for Ankeny Chamber Summerfest.
Pay will be based on age and experience.
