The Wine Garden Holiday Market is a festive, community focused and family friendly outdoor market celebrating local makers, artists and small businesses over Thanksgiving weekend. Admission is free for guests, and we expect 500+ guests over the weekend.

Market dates and hours:

Saturday, November 28, 2026, 11 AM to 3 PM

Sunday, November 29, 2026, 11 AM to 3 PM

Location:

Outdoors at Kivelstadt Cellars and Bloom Carneros, 22900 Broadway, Sonoma, CA 95476

Applying for both days:

Each day is booked separately. If you would like to join us Saturday and Sunday, please submit this Saturday application and also submit the separate Sunday, November 29 application. Applying for one day does not add you to the other.

Vendor spaces:

We only have space for 16 vendors per day. Every application is reviewed by our team so we can build a balanced mix of categories for each day, and submitting an application does not guarantee a space.

What we are looking for:

Makers with something thoughtfully made and easy to gift, such as jewelry, candles, ceramics, art, textiles, bath and body, home goods, holiday gifts, kids’ gifts, specialty packaged foods, baked goods, accessories, flowers, wellness products and other unique local goods. Packaged, giftable foods are a great fit. Prepared or hot food gets an extra review since Bloom Carneros serves food on site.

Cost:

There is no vendor fee and no fee to apply. Vendor spaces are free.

What we provide:

One shared space beneath a 10x10 canopy tent. Spaces are limited.

What you bring:

Your own tables, linens, displays, signage, lighting, and any other setup materials you need for your space. A limited number of tables and linens may be available to rent. Please ask us for current pricing and availability.

A note on commitment:

Because vendor spaces are free and limited, please only apply for the days you can fully commit to. If you are accepted and confirm your space, we are counting on you to be there. If plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to another maker.

Giving back:

This year’s market is presented in partnership with Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance, a local nonprofit supporting Sonoma Valley youth through mentoring.

Good to know:

Outdoor event, rain or shine.

Preference may be given to local and handmade businesses.

Setup and breakdown details are sent to accepted vendors before the event.
