Parking instructions
All food trucks/trailers will park in the southwest portion of the gravel parking lot, next to the bridge. This space is designated for food trucks, with easy-in, easy-out access.
Health & safety
All food vendors are required to have a current McHenry County Permit, must be permitted by the Village of Huntley, and must provide a current COI.

The Park District retains the right to deny a food truck for not providing accurate or complete documentation in a timely manner.
Applying for this event is FREE. You will not be charged until you are approved by Huntley Park District staff. Fees associated with this application are related to the Huntley Park District. Fees required by the Village of Huntley or McHenry County Department of Health are not included or accounted for in this application, and must be directed to those entities.
- If a vendor cancels their reservation 5 days or less from the day of their reservation, the Huntley Park District will keep $50 per day of original payment as an early cancellation.
- If a vendor no-shows, cancels or fails an on-site inspection on the day of their reservation, the Huntley Park District will NOT refund reservation fees.
