Presented by PittJCS/Team Tekko and ScottyCon, the Fall Marketplace is here! Get your shopping done before the holiday season ramps up--we're starting the day off strong with a curated artist and crafter market before breaking for lunch (check out our food trucks or explore Oakland!), then we launch into our Evening Flea Market. You get the best of both worlds on November 22nd at Wiegand Gymnasium on the CMU Campus. There is no purchase necessary to come and browse! The markets will be open to the public. We open the day with our Artist and Craft market from 11am-2pm. Artist and Crafter market tables are $40/each and will be accepted in rolling approvals until full. We'll have a short break for you to check out our food vendors or see the fall foliage around Oakland. Then, we'll open back up at 4pm for our community flea market! Flea Market Tables will be pre-sold here on Eventeny for $15/half table. There are a total of 72 tables for sale for each market. Waitlists will be opened for each market once full.

Description
Sellers receive one half of a 6' table for the session of their choice. A full table requires that you choose quantity x2. This is only for the Flea Market and NOT an Artist Table. The Flea Market is being held from 4pm-7pm.

Thank you for your application to be part of our Art and Craft Market, to be held 11am-2pm on November 22nd. 

 

We ask that you please submit a small portfolio of your work and brief bio.

 

All artists and crafters must be selling their own work--no items that you have not made yourself or feature art not created by you. We have a very strict anti-generative AI policy. Any AI-generated content in your application or portfolio will result in an immediate denial with no opportunity to appeal. 

 

We also will not accept any MLM vendors or general merchandise vendors. This is intended for artist work and crafted items only.

 

Acceptances will go out in rolling waves until the marketplace is full or until November 15th, whichever comes first. If tables are still available at that time, we may choose to offer those to as tables for flea market seller waitlists.

Terms & Conditions
The market will be open to the public and no ticket is necessary to attend. We have a limited number of tables for each session. All artists, crafters, and flea market sellers must agree and adhere to our guidelines, outlined at time of application/sale. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the event without refund.
