By submitting an application and/or participating in Witches & Wine Festival, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vendor Focus & Curation
This event is primarily curated for artists, crafters, makers, boutiques, readers, herbalists, metaphysical practitioners, plant vendors, and food vendors offering handmade goods, services, or products aligned with the spirit and atmosphere of the festival.
Priority is given to vendors whose offerings complement the experience, energy, and seasonal tone of the event. Vendor selection is based on product fit, category balance, and space availability.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2. Family-Friendly Standard
Wildside Winery is a family-friendly venue. All products, readings, signage, and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment. The event organizer reserves the right to require removal of items or services not aligned with this standard.
3. Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee is charged at the time of application submission.
The application fee is required for consideration and is non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Booth Fee
A booth fee is charged upon acceptance.
Booth fees are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation by the organizer.
5. Setup & Event Hours
Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM each day.
All vendors must be fully set up and ready to serve by 1:00 PM.
Vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event day(s).
Early breakdown is not permitted.
6. Booth Space & Equipment
Vendors must bring all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, and weights.
Electricity is not available unless explicitly stated.
Vendor spaces are first come, first served within designated and marked areas.
Vendors must remain within their assigned footprint.
7. Products, Services & Sales
Vendors may only sell items or offer services approved in their application.
The event organizer reserves the right to require removal of unapproved items or services.
Vendors are responsible for all required licenses, permits, and tax compliance.
8. Weather Policy
This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.
In the event of poor or unsafe weather, the festival may be rescheduled.
Vendor fees will carry over to the rescheduled date.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related rescheduling.
9. Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk.
Wildside Winery and affiliated parties are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
10. Conduct
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
Failure to comply with event guidelines or staff direction may result in removal without refund.
11. Photography & Promotion
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Vendors grant permission for images of their booth, services, or products to be used in marketing materials.
