FOR CITY OF KIMMSWICK MERCHANT VENDORS ONLY
Kimmswick merchant vendors are persons who are renting a booth space on private property or within a merchant's store.
PLEASE READ THIS APPLICATION VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING TO BE A MERCHANT VENDOR AT THIS EVENT.
DEADLINE TO APPLY IS September 8th, 2025.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor within a merchant store or on their private property in the Kimmswick Witches Night Out! Each Kimmswick Merchant Vendor space cost: 10 feet X 10 feet for $30 covers the temporary business license for each 10x10 space.
All Kimmswick festival merchant vendor spaces require payment through Eventeny. No checks or cash will be accepted for merchant vendor spaces at City of Kimmswick festivals.
If your merchant is not current with their City Business Licenses requirements for the City of Kimmswick, your application will be denied.
SETUP
Please be certain to set up in your assigned rented space(s). If you do not set up in your assigned rented space(s) a city/event official will attempt to reach you to move your items immediately, if found on city property. If necessary, the contents/products of your space/booth will be moved to the correct space. The city/event official will not be responsible for any damage done during the transfer/storage of items.
ARE YOU AN ACTIVITY/ENTERTAINMENT OR CRAFT VENDOR???
An Activity/ Entertainment Vendor provides interactive or experiential activities for attendees. These activities can range from educational workshops to games, interactive art installations, or demos of specific products, talents, or skills. Examples of activity/entertainment vendors include but are not limited to: face painters, henna tattoo artists, hair braiders, balloon artists, and/or game-related vendors.
The Kimmswick Event Committee defines a craft vendor as a vendor who sources their own materials to make hand crafted products. A craft vendor is an artisan who turns their creative skills into a business, offering unique and often personalized items to customers. These are items that are NOT MASS PRODUCED. If you are a cottage law vendor, YOU MUST APPLY AS A FOOD VENDOR. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are selling crafts and cottage law items, you MUST APPLY AS A FOOD VENDOR. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A food vendor prepares and sells ready-to-eat food to the public for public consumption in various forms. Food vendor means all vendors as defined in the Retail Food Code, including but not limited to a restaurant, bar, grocery store, delicatessen, bakery, food service establishment, food truck, itinerant restaurants, pushcart, farmers market, caterer, microenterprise home kitchen operations, and COTTAGE FOOD OPERATIONS that sell prepared food to be consume on and off the premises. This application is for any vendor who would like to sell food & non-alcoholic beverages in their menu.

If you are selling ANY FORM OF ALCOHOL, (i.e. Beer, Wine, Liquor, pre-packaged alcohol mixes, alcoholic slushies, or alcoholic frozen treats, un-opened liquor/wine bottles for sale), YOU MUST APPLY AS AN ALCOHOL VENDOR!!!!

The fee for this event includes a temporary business license and a temporary liquor license to sell within Kimmswick City Limits.
