Applications will be accepted for both craft vendors and pre-packaged food vendors. Food vendors must have the correct permitting necessary from the Marion County Indiana Health Department. Each application will be reviewed by a panel of independent, local community members and artists.
The Winter Artisan Market is an indoor-only event. Booth spots are limited to 45, 9x6 spaces. Set up begins at 2 p.m. on Friday, December 4. Vendors are strongly encouraged to bring their own tables and chairs. However, if needed, tables will be available to rent through the Harrison Center, but are limited and will be first come first serve. Rental fees will only be charged if you are accepted into the Winter Artisan Market.
Please note that the Harrison Center has one elevator, which all vendors will use during load-in and load-out, regardless of booth location. We appreciate your patience, as elevator access may require some waiting during setup and teardown.
Please also note that we’re not able to provide electricity to vendors, as our current capacity doesn’t allow us to accommodate everyone’s needs. All vendors are expected to stay for the duration of the event. Leaving early may impact your ability to participate in future markets.
To complete your application, you must agree to the Winter Artisan Market 2026 Terms & Conditions (listed below).
