We kindly ask you to review the following terms, conditions and safety guidelines to facilitate a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone. Liability Waiver Requirement: All participants of Wellness Wednesday classes must sign the required liability waiver prior to joining any session. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks. Those who do not sign the waiver will not be permitted to take part in the class. Ticket Resell Policy: If buyers are unable to attend, they have the option to resell their free tickets to someone else. Please ensure you follow the correct procedure for reselling. Security Screening: Anticipate bag checks and ticket scanning upon entry. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and beverages or food purchased outside of MOSAIC. If you purchase food or beverages from a MOSAIC business, kindly present your receipt to event security as proof of purchase. Lost & Found: If you have lost an item, please visit our website at . We kindly ask that you submit a general inquiry regarding your lost item, including the date, time, and location of the incident. Sustainability: Help us keep the venue green by disposing of waste in appropriate recycling and trash bins located around the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Weather Preparedness: Please consult the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Ensure you bring sunscreen, hats, or rain gear as necessary and stay hydrated. Children's Area: A designated family area located at the back of the event lawn is available for children. Children's Safety Guidelines: Parents must remain with and supervise their children at all times during the event. The use of recreational balls for kicking or throwing and climbing on the stage or the concrete chairs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the family’s removal from the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Pet Policy: All animals need to be on a leash at all times + up-to-date on all vaccinations. Please note all aggressive animals are prohibited from the Wellness Wednesday Series. Water Stations: Guests can utilize the water fountains located at the back of the Tommy Edwards Stage near the restrooms. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons. Designated smoking areas are available outside of the venue. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. Permitted Items: Chairs Blankets Strollers + Wagons Glasses Sunscreen Camera Empty Reusable Water Bottle Medical Items Baby Products Pets Bag + Purse Unopened Water Bottle Prohibited Items: Drones Noise-Making Devices Outside of Mosaic Food + Beverage Weapons + Illegal Substances Laser Pointer Frisbee + Inflated Balls Skateboards Coolers Smoking + Vaping MOSAIC at Chatham Park's Event Series is being documented through photography and video recording. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by MOSAIC at Chatham Park and its affiliates and representatives. You release MOSAIC at Chatham Park, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials.
