2026 Wassail Fest

By registering for Wassail Fest, participants acknowledge and agree to the following: Registration & Event Mug Each registration includes one (1) official Wassail Fest souvenir mug. The official event mug serves as your tasting pass and must be presented to receive complimentary wassail samples. Lost, stolen, or forgotten mugs cannot be replaced. Mugs are available while supplies last. Sampling Complimentary wassail samples are intended for guests displaying an official Wassail Fest mug. Participating businesses determine whether they will serve guests without an official mug. Sample sizes are determined by each participating business and are available while supplies last. Businesses may run out of wassail before the event concludes. Alcohol Some participating businesses may offer alcoholic wassail. Alcoholic samples are available only to guests who are 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo identification. Serving alcohol is at the sole discretion of each participating business. Please drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Event Participation Wassail Fest will take place rain or shine unless otherwise announced by the City of Bastrop. The event route and participating businesses are subject to change without notice. Participants are responsible for following all applicable laws and respecting participating businesses, staff, volunteers, and fellow attendees. Photography & Media By attending the event, participants grant the City of Bastrop and Discover Bastrop permission to photograph, film, and use images or video captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation. Assumption of Risk & Liability Participants assume all risks associated with attending the event. The City of Bastrop, Discover Bastrop, event sponsors, volunteers, and participating businesses are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, or for injuries or damages that may occur while participating in the event.
