Twin Cities Pride Parade
Celebrate love, equality, and diversity at the Twin Cities Pride Parade, an iconic event renowned as one of the largest Pride Parades in the United States. With a vibrant procession down Hennepin Avenue, this annual extravaganza draws over 200,000 cheering supporters to champion LGBTQIA+ rights and visibility. Join us as we march forward, spreading joy, acceptance, and empowerment for all.
2026 Twin Cities Pride Parade
Sunday, June 28, 2026 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Central Time)
The parade starts at 3rd & Hennepin and proceeds down Hennepin to Spruce.
Rainbow Run 5K
Get ready to dash through the rainbow at the 2025 Twin Cities Pride Rainbow Run 5k! Join us for an electric run down Hennepin Ave. and feel the energy as parade spectators cheer you on, or participate virtually from wherever you are!
Twin Cities Pride Youth Night
Get ready for the third annual Twin Cities Pride Youth Night! Join us as we kick off the festival with a night of fun, activities, and entertainment for LGBTQIA2S+ youth. Featuring drag performances, DJ, photo booth, and more! This event is open to ages 10-20. We will have free food, drinks, and fun! There will be spaces for caregivers to relax during the event.
