2026 Scare at the Fair

Scare at the Fair is a Halloween-themed event at the Oregon State Fair & Exposition Center, bringing guests together for several weekends of spooky fun, haunted houses, entertainment, activities, and seasonal experiences. We are seeking food trucks and food concessionaires and commercial exhibitors to help create a fun and diverse food experience for our guests throughout the event. Vendors are encouraged to offer their signature menu items as well as creative, fall- or Halloween-inspired offerings. Please complete this application with accurate information regarding your business, menu, space requirements, power needs, and other operational details. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on event needs, menu variety, available space, operational requirements, and overall fit for Scare at the Fair. Selected vendors will receive additional information regarding event dates and hours, setup and load-in, fees, required documentation, and event policies.
