• SCG Food Vendors:  anyone selling food and/or drink items and is NOT a non-profit entity
• SCG Commercial Vendors: 
  • You are selling items that you purchased wholesale (or other) and are now re-selling
  • You are a commercial business using the space to market your company
• Arts & Crafts Vendors:  you are selling items that you hand-crafted yourself.  (this does not include homemade cookies, etc, those would fall under Food Vendors)
• Game Vendors:  Carnival style games of chance (limited number allowed)
• Non-Profit Food Vendors (limited availability): Selling food but are registered as a 501(c)3 entity

Please keep in mind, this is an electronic agreement and by completing an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Square Merchant:   This application is for those who have a brick & mortar business on the Historic Square.    

Booth Spaces: 

·         If you intend to SELL outside of your storefront, please complete the following Square Merchant application. If you do sell outside, you must be selling items you would typically sell in your store - no sub-letting.

·         If  you are utilizing the 10x10 space in front of your business, you agree to be OPEN throughout the hours of the festival as do all other vendors

In addition you must agree to the attached 2026 Vendor Terms & Conditions that apply to ALL Vendors at the festival. 

·         You must register by July 1st – no exceptions

·         All merchants who are open will be noted on festival maps - so don't miss the deadline!  Thank you for your understanding!
