2026 Linn County Fair

This application is for vendors who would like to be inside the Willamette Hall.  Please make sure to view all documents located in the Related Files section of this application. Fill out this application completely; missing sections will require us to decline the application.  You will have to provide a credit/debit card during the application process, however you will not be charged unless accepted as a vendor.  If you need to pay with a check, please let the organizer know by clicking Contact Organizer on this application and send a message.    

There are a limited number of booths available and 2025 returning vendors will have the first rights to the same booth if application is received by 5pm on April 15, 2026. Starting April 16, we will reserve spaces based on event needs and the order applications are received.  If you are a new vendor, your application will be placed on the wait list. 

Thank you for your interest in the Linn County Fair.  You will need to upload your food truck licensing and insurance during the application process.  If your application is approved, you will receive a contract that needs to be signed and returned to the organizer.
