About the application

This volunteer position is in the Willamette Building Event Office. Volunteers will answer questions from the public and vendors and take payments for Fair tickets and vendor wristbands. The Event Office is also the hub for lost & found. Volunteers will receive a swag bag, fair tickets and food vouchers.

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility – Volunteers must be at least 17 years of age. Duties – Perform assigned tasks professionally and follow staff instructions. Scheduling – Be on time for your shifts. Notify us if you cannot attend. Behavior – Be respectful, courteous, and professional. No harassment, drugs, or alcohol. Safety – Follow all health & safety guidelines. Report accidents or unsafe conditions immediately. Confidentiality – Do not share sensitive information about attendees or the fair. Media – You may be photographed or filmed; images may be used for promotion. Liability – Volunteers participate at their own risk. The fair is not responsible for personal injury or lost items. Termination – Volunteers may be removed for misconduct or failure to follow rules. By volunteering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
