Experience one of Central Florida’s nighttime holiday parade in the heart of Historic Downtown Kissimmee! The City of Kissimmee’s Festival of Lights Parade is a beloved annual tradition that brings the community together to celebrate the holiday season with an unforgettable evening of music, dancing, entertainment, and thousands of dazzling holiday lights.
Each year, approximately 10,000 residents and visitors gather along the parade route to enjoy this festive community celebration. In addition to the parade, guests can enjoy family-friendly activities, photo opportunities with Santa, and other holiday entertainment throughout the evening.
Festival begins at 4:00pm and the parade begins at 7:30 p.m. transforming Historic Downtown Kissimmee into a spectacular celebration of holiday spirit, featuring beautifully decorated floats, festive vehicles, performers, community organizations, and more.
We invite you to be part of this cherished Kissimmee tradition and help us bring the magic of the holiday season to our community!

Parking instructions
Best parking for participants is located at the Osceola County Courthouse surface lot and Garage.
Additional parking is available at the following locations:
-Sunrail Intermodal Garage (behind Kissimmee Civic Center)
-Toho Square Garage at Pleasant Street
Health & safety
For the safety of parade spectators, throwing or tossing candy from floats or vehicles is not permitted. If you would like to distribute candy along the parade route, we recommend having designated volunteers safely walk alongside your entry to hand candy directly to spectators as your float or vehicle passes.

If you're coming from the south via John Young Parkway, follow Bryan Street to the County Courthouse Parking Garage.
For all others, take MLK, Main Street, or Oak Street to Tohopekaliga Avenue to access our parking garages and surface lots.

Best Lights and Effects - Creative and Impressive use of lights, illumination, special effects and nighttime presentation.
Best Walking Group- Creativity, Coordination, Costumes, Energy and presentation of a walking group.
Best Overall- Overall presentation, creativity, execution, appearance and entertainment value
Judges Choice- Judges will recognize a memorable or unexpected entry
