About the event
Come experience our Grape Stomp Festival held annually the second weekend after Labor Day. The three day festival is packed with excitement including bands, over 100 food, juried art and marketplace vendors, a beer garden featuring 22 Northmen Brewing Co. beer, wine tasting, and of course Grape Stomping!! Each day grape stomping competitions and Saturday being a themed costume day.

Parking instructions
No fee to park during festival hours. Vendor parking is to the east of the festival grounds at the top of a hill. You will be able to drive to your booth space to unload your products and tents, but you will have to park your car at the top of the hill for the festival. Parking is about 500 feet from festival grounds. If you are planning on leaving a trailer overnight, you will have to pay a fee upon your arrival.

Food trailers must setup on Wednesday 9/16/26 between 8 am - 3 pm  Event Protocol All food vendors must comply with the following event protocol:

  • must have a certificate of liability insurance.
  • must follow all applicable food safety regulations.
  • must be prepared to serve large crowds.
  • must be respectful of the environment and dispose of all waste properly.

All food vendors will be required to comply with the Minnesota Food Code, Minnesota Rules Chapter 4626. Contact Horizon Public Health (Registered Sanitarian, 320-763-4437) for licensing & information if your primary sales are food service. You will need to send a copy of your current food license by the event.

Buy/Sell Market Place is for vendors who purchase products at wholesale for resale. This could include: Informational Booths like Realtors, Resorts. Resort Associations, Chambers of Commerce. Services such as Chair Massage, Henna, Air Brush Tattoos, Face Painting. Buy/ Sell Booths like Framed Prints, Imported Items, Antiques, Jewelry, Purses, Crafts not made by exhibitors.

Handmade Market Place is for vendors who create their own merchandise, but are not creating one-of-a-kind pieces. This would include: embellished clothing or decor items, homemade beauty products, jewelry (made from pre-made beads/jewels/etc), or Farmer’s Market Booths featuring locally grown produce, jams, honey, syrup, jellies, breads, etc.

ELIGIBILITY: Only original artwork crafted by the vendor is allowed. All mediums are acceptable. Under Clay: No items from molds are eligible. Under Fiber: Only hand-sewn items of original patterns and designs are eligible. Items which are crafted from purchased articles such as towels or sweatshirts will be judged by the handwork done on them. For example, a sweatshirt which is hand-painted with an original design is eligible, while a tea towel with a machine-stitched emblem is not. NOT ELIGIBLE: Screen-printed Items, Imported Items (even if hand-made), Macramé, crochet, decoupage, novelties, costume or charm jewelry, plants, edible items, t-shirts, commercial photography, items from kits or molds or embellished serving-ware.
