About the application

ELIGIBILITY: Only original artwork crafted by the vendor is allowed. All mediums are acceptable. Under Clay: No items from molds are eligible. Under Fiber: Only hand-sewn items of original patterns and designs are eligible. Items which are crafted from purchased articles such as towels or sweatshirts will be judged by the handwork done on them. For example, a sweatshirt which is hand-painted with an original design is eligible, while a tea towel with a machine-stitched emblem is not. NOT ELIGIBLE: Screen-printed Items, Imported Items (even if hand-made), Macramé, crochet, decoupage, novelties, costume or charm jewelry, plants, edible items, t-shirts, commercial photography, items from kits or molds or embellished serving-ware.

About the event

Come experience our Grape Stomp Festival held annually the second weekend after Labor Day. The three day festival is packed with excitement including bands, over 100 food, juried art and marketplace vendors, a beer garden featuring 22 Northmen Brewing Co. beer, wine tasting, and of course Grape Stomping!! Each day grape stomping competitions and Saturday being a themed costume day.

Terms & Conditions

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
 
Once your application has been accepted your payment will be automatically charged to the card on file. No refunds will be given after application acceptance.  GENERAL POLICIES
  • Festival will be held rain or shine.
  • Fees are non-refundable after acceptance.
  • Carlos Creek Winery reserves the right to refuse any vendor.
  • NO CAMPING ALLOWED ON CARLOS CREEK WINERY PROPERTY.
  • All vendors must provide their own liability insurance, tent, tables, cords, signage, change, etc.
  • All vendors must setup their own booth - our staff will not be available to assist.
  • Carlos Creek Winery is not responsible for accidents or stolen items.
  • Unruly behavior (including intoxication, verbal abuse or threatening behaviors) will not be tolerated.
  • Animals/Pets are not allowed on festival grounds.
  • Anyone under 21 is not allowed on festival ground Friday & Saturday unless they are working. Ask for an under 21 wristband for employees under 21.

10x10 Outdoor Booth $240.00 Non-refundable 10x10 Outdoor Booth - does not include electricity, tent, water, tables/chairs, etc.
15AMP Electrical $30.00 Non-refundable Add up ALL of the amps you will be using. Every electrical item will have total AMP usage stated on it. Not to exceed 15AMPS / $30. Pay according to how many amps you need. You can plug in power strips into one outlet.
