Your application will be reviewed by City Staff and acceptance/denied emails will be sent out by August 14th, 2026. Pleae note your credit card will not be charged unless you are accepted.
Electricity is not provided. Generators are permitted and must be operated in full compliance with all Fire Marshal regulations and safety requirements. Vendors are responsible for ensuring adequate space is reserved to meet fire clearance requirements related to cooking equipment, propane, and generator placement.
If approved you will need to provide the following insurance:
- Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Elk Grove as the certificate holder
- Separate Additional Endorsement Page (Must be a separate page listing the following as additional Insured: “The City of Elk Grove, its officials, employees, agents and volunteers”)

Please carefully review and select the appropriate category in which your organization or business falls into. You must ask for enough space to fully accommodate your display. Electricity will not be provided, no generators are allowed. No tables, chairs or pop-up tents will be provided. All booth spaces are outdoors with no shade coverage. Vendor is responsible for all booth needs, you must have tent weights for all corners of your tent.
Merchandise Vendor: This category is limited to individuals or businesses that sell culturally relevant products.
Kids Activity Vendor: This category is limited to individuals that provide face painting, balloon twisting, or similar entertainment services for kids.
