EVENT RULES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following are not permitted at Town events:
Animals (except service animals)
Outside food or beverages
Coolers
Golf carts
Bicycles
Firearms or weapons of any kind
Illegal drugs or narcotics
Drones (may not be flown in or above Town parks)
Additional Policies:
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Profanity—whether spoken or displayed on clothing—is prohibited.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed at any event.
Only approved vendors may sell products or services at Town events.
Soliciting or unauthorized demonstrations are not permitted.
Offensive, disruptive, or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
Alcohol may only be purchased by individuals 21 and older at designated tents during specified events.
The Town of Fort Mill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items, including belongings left on-site after the event concludes.

Help make the Town Tent fun and welcoming for everyone!
Volunteer Responsibilities-
-Welcome guests and answer basic questions about the Town of Fort Mill and the event.
-Hand out brochures, rack cards, and other Town information.
-Help with giveaways and games, including the prize wheel.
-Monitor yard games and encourage guests to participate.
-Keep the activity area clean and organized.
-Help clean up and pack supplies at the end of the event for the last shift.

Help bring creativity to life at our Kids Craft & Pumpkin Decorating Tent! Volunteers will help create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment where children can enjoy hands-on activities and express their creativity.
-Monitor craft and pumpkin decorating activities to ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
-Distribute supplies and assist children with crafts and pumpkin decorating as needed.
-Encourage creativity and participation by engaging with children and offering friendly guidance and support.
-Keep the area clean and organized by restocking materials, organizing supplies, and picking up trash throughout the event.

-Monitor building access to help ensure that only authorized personnel enter staff-only areas.

-Ensure passenger safety by confirming guests are seated securely and following all event driving procedures.
