Liability & Insurance:-The City of Panama City Beach, Parks & Recreation, and Aaron Bessant Park are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury incurred during the event.-Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify the City of Panama City Beach, its employees, and volunteers from any and all claims.Permitted Items & Behavior:-No sale of tobacco, alcohol, firearms, or illegal substances is allowed.-All products must be family-friendly and appropriate for a community event.-Music, amplification, or performances must be pre-approved.-Participants must be respectful and professional at all times—harassment or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal.Photography & Media Release:-By attending or participating, you grant permission to the City of Panama City Beach to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.Emergency Preparedness:-Participants must follow all instructions in case of emergency, weather evacuation, or park closure.-First aid and security will be on site.-Any incidents, injuries, or concerns should be reported to the event coordinator immediately.
