What is the Kids Market?: The Kids Market is a fun and supportive space for young entrepreneurs (ages 6–17) to showcase their creativity, build confidence, and learn the basics of running a small business. Whether they’re selling handmade crafts, art, baked goods, or other kid-created products — this is a wonderful opportunity for kids to share their talents with the community.

What’s Involved:

We’re offering your organization the chance to host your very own pumpkin booth at no cost. This is a fundraising and outreach opportunity designed with community impact in mind.

Here’s how it works:

• You bring the pumpkins – your group is responsible for sourcing and selling your own pumpkins.
• You keep 100% of the proceeds to support your cause, program, or mission.
• You decorate your booth to reflect your group’s spirit and add to the festival’s festive, fall-themed atmosphere.
• We provide the space and will highlight your participation in our event promotions, social media, and day-of signage.

We have one spot available! We will be accepting applications and selecting organizations that best align with the values and community-focused spirit of the Fall Festival & Market. Our goal is to highlight groups that are making a positive local impact and contributing to the well-being of our residents and families.

Vendor booth space is a 10’x10’ area and comes with one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs. You are allowed to bring your own 10 x 10 tent for shade. Businesses cannot sell anything at the event.

This application must be submitted no later than September 26, 2026. There are (6) Food Vendor Spots available. The first (6) to pay and provide all the required information as listed below will be the 6) Food Vendors for 2026.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Fall Festival & Market at Aaron Bessant Park! We are looking for energetic fitness instructors, personal trainers, wellness professionals, and fitness studios to provide free 30-minute demonstration classes throughout the event.

The Fitness Showcase is designed to introduce the community to a variety of fitness programs while giving instructors the opportunity to promote their businesses and connect with potential new clients. We welcome all types of fitness classes, including but not limited to yoga, Pilates, dance fitness, Zumba®, HIIT, strength training, boot camps, barre, martial arts fitness, mobility, stretching, senior fitness, and family-friendly classes.

Instructor Benefits

• FREE participation – There is no fee to participate.
• One scheduled 30-minute fitness class during the festival.
• A reserved 10' x 10' vendor space for the duration of the event to promote your business.
• One 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided for your booth.
• Opportunity to distribute promotional materials, class schedules, membership information, giveaways, and other marketing items.
• Exposure to hundreds of festival attendees looking for local health and wellness opportunities.
