Interactive Station Spaces

Games, coloring, crafts, face painting, and more.
If your booth includes an interactive experience like games, coloring pages, crafts, or face painting — and you’re offering it for free — you may request a complimentary interactive space. Please note: if there is a fee or product/service promotion involved, it must be categorized as a vendor space. 

How to Register:

Complete the online Interactive Station Application & Agreement Form 

To secure previous or preferred location, application must be submitted by August 29, 2026.  Please note your request under the special request section.

Other Spaces

Vendor Spaces

For anyone selling or promoting a product or service.
If your booth will include any form of sales, advertising, or business promotion, you’ll need to reserve a vendor space. This applies to product sales, marketing giveaways, demonstrations, etc. Vendor spaces require payment. 

Food Truck Vendor Spaces

For trucks, trailers, or tables serving up food, drinks, or snacks.
If you plan to prepare or sell food onsite — whether it’s from a full truck, a small trailer, or a pop-up table — this space is for you. All food vendors must follow health department guidelines and obtain the necessary permits. Food vendor spaces require payment and are limited, so reserve early to secure your spot!

Treat Stations

Free and festive — just candy!
Candy stations are open to any individual, group, or business that would like to hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. These spaces are free, but cannot include sales or promotional materials of any kind. Just bring your costume, your treats, and your Halloween spirit.

With the size of our event we highly recommend you have at minimum $500 worth of Candy/treats or at minimum 4,000 items you can give out.

• Electricity is extra and is limited. 
• Electricity for trucks (30 or 50 amp) is available at the "food court" hosted by WYLD on the corner of 9th and C streets.
• Fee paid to Spooktacular only includes the vendor space
