Join us for the 50th Anniversary of Deutschen Pfest - Pflugerville’s oldest pfestival – as we celebrate our city’s German heritage and so much more! The event will take place at Pfluger Park from October 16th –17th. Deutschen Pfest offers the community an opportunity to enjoy rides, games, live music, goods from a host of local vendors, and of course food and beer. This growing event will offer sponsors a variety of ways to reach groups and individuals from all over Central Texas and beyond. Accepted Vendor Types:

• Arts & Crafts Vendors
• Clothing & Jewelry Vendors
• Cottage Food Vendors

Vendor Booth Levels:

• Berlin Booths - Top level booths with priority space is located closest to the Main Stage, Food Vendors and Beirgarten. Vendors will receive maximum visibility to attendees. 
• Munich Booth - Located along the inner circle of Pfluger Park, Munich Booths provide easy access to attendees walking through the event. 

Booth Options: 

• Single Vendor Booths: Includes a 12x12 booth space.
• Double Vendor Booths: Includes a 12x24 booth space.

Business Booth Exclusion:

• Please note that this event exclusively welcomes artisans, crafters, jewelry makers, and cottage food vendors.
• Business booths with no tangible goods for sale at the event will not be accepted.

Accepted Vendor Types:

• Non-Profit Vendors ONLY (Applicants must submit IRS documentation of 501(C)(3) status)

Non-Eligible Vendors:

• For-Profit vendor and businesses
• Political affiliations, parties and groups

Vendor Guidelines:

• No Active Solicitation - Interactions must be attendee-initiated. Vendors may not approach or call out to attendees
• No Physical Marketing Materials - Vendors may not hand out any marketing materials to attendees. Instead, digital links (e.g., QR Codes) may be displayed for attendees who want more information.
• Signage - No signage may be staked into the ground. All signage must be placed within the footprint of your vendor space. 

Family-Friendly Activity Required:

• All community vendors must provide a family-friendly game or activity 

Event Attendance:

• Vendors are required to attend both Friday and Saturday of Deutschen Pfest, hours as follows:
  • Friday, October 16th; 5 to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 17th; 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Booths must be manned during all event open hours. 

Booth Options:

• Single Vendor Booths: Includes a 12x12 booth space

Vendor Selection:

• All vendor submissions will be reviewed and selected through a jury process.
