Becoming a Business Sponsorship with the Daybreak Winter Market gives your business meaningful exposure and a direct connection to the community.

 

$300 - Approved business sponsors will have a 7' x 7' booth  in the Main Gym. *We do not provide tables or chairs. Electricity is not available, 

 

*Note: We only provide the space. You will need to bring everything you need for that space (tables/chairs/etc)

 

Business sponsorships are used to pay for Mr & Mrs Santa, and for musicians.

Note: Food trucks, freeze-dried foods, permanent jewelry, crochet, tallow products, and 3D printing are invitation-only this season. We are not accepting applications for these categories.

 

Primarily artisans who are involved in the making or design process. Products that are from outside of the United States must be sourced from the vendor’s home country, or the vendor should have a direct connection to where they are sourced from. We look for diverse, unique products. Sub categories include: jewelry, glass work, leather work, mixed, paper crafts, photography, textiles, woodwork, ceramics, sculpture, personal care, metalwork, printmaking, painting and home decor. 

 

 

Friday is Senior Citizen Night! Vendors will offer Senior Citizens receive 10% off their purchases. 

Deadline: Sep 21, 2026

Body Products category is for soap, bath bombs, lotion, lip balm, fragrance, and other products made for skin/hair/body.

 

TALLOW VENDORS WILL BE BY INVITATION ONLY! If you have not received an invitation to sell tallow products at the Daybreak Winter Market, please do not apply.

 

Vendors selling body products MUST have insurance.

PERMANENT JEWELRY VENDORS - Do NOT fill out this application. Permanent jewelry for this market is being done by invitation only. 

 

Jewelry category is for handmade/hand assembled jewelry, either by the vendor, or vendor connections.

This application is for Kids age 18 and younger who make their own products. Featuring amazing, unique, handcrafted goods, and delicious foods.

 

Youth Vendors do NOT need insurance unless:

Food is prepared or handled on-site, then they must be in compliance with all rules, regulations, and laws, Including having a Temporary Booth Permit (Salt Lake County Department of Health), and insurance.

This is an INDOOR event, held in the Daybreak Community Center. However this application is for OUTDOOR food vendors, either booth or Truck/Trailer - only for those who have been invited to apply. If you were not invited to apply your application will be rejected and your applicaiton fee will NOT be reimbursed

 

A Temporary Booth Permit from the Salt Lake County Department of Health is required, and must be posted at your booth. 

 

Insurance is required for food vendors.
