Come Out With Pride, Inc. proudly invites you to celebrate Pride in the heart of downtown Orlando on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at beautiful Lake Eola Park for one of the largest LGBTQIA+ Pride celebrations in the Southeast! 🌈✨
Every October, in honor of National Coming Out Day, our community comes together for a day filled with love, visibility, joy, and belonging—a powerful reminder that everyone deserves to live boldly, proudly, and authentically.
With more than 235,000 attendees joining us in 2025, Come Out With Pride has grown into Central Florida’s largest single-day event and a vibrant celebration where LGBTQIA+ individuals, families, friends, allies, and community members can experience connection, acceptance, and unapologetic joy.

Sponsor Walk Set Up Volunteers serve as floaters along Sponsor Walk, monitoring the area to quickly identify potential issues, answer basic questions, and communicate sponsor needs to the appropriate team members. Help bring Orlando's Come Out With Pride Festival to life by preparing the festival grounds before attendees arrive and assisting with post-event breakdown. Festival Set Up Volunteers are responsible for placing directional, informational, sponsor, and event signage in designated locations throughout the festival grounds using site maps and instructions, ensuring signage is installed accurately and consistently. At the conclusion of the event, volunteers will remove and collect signage, report any missing or damaged materials to event staff, and help leave the festival grounds organized. This role requires the ability to work outdoors, follow directions, and collaborate with fellow volunteers and staff to create a safe, welcoming, and successful event.

Capture the energy, diversity, and excitement of Orlando's Come Out With Pride by documenting the festival, parade, and event activities through photography. Photographer Volunteers will work under the direction of our production team to photograph the festival grounds, parade route, and staging areas, capturing key moments, performances, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees. Volunteers should be comfortable moving throughout the event, following shot lists and direction as assigned, and representing Come Out With Pride in a professional and respectful manner while helping create a visual record of the celebration.

Support the production team behind one of Orlando's Come Out With Pride's most dynamic entertainment venues. DIVA Stage Assistant Volunteers work backstage to assist with performer and stage operations, including coordinating performer transitions, maintaining an organized backstage area, communicating with stage management, and helping ensure performances stay on schedule. This role requires prior backstage, stage management, or live event production experience, the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality while working with performers, crew, and event staff.

Help ensure the Orlando's Come Out With Pride Parade operates safely and on schedule by serving as a Parade Block Captain. Working within an assigned section of the parade, Block Captains oversee the movement of parade participants, help maintain appropriate spacing between entries, communicate instructions from parade leadership, and assist with resolving minor issues that arise along the route. Volunteers will provide direction to float crews, vehicle drivers, and walking groups, monitor the flow of the parade, and work closely with fellow Block Captains and event staff to keep the parade moving safely and efficiently.
