About the event

The Clatsop County Fair has been a cherished tradition since 1905, evolving from its early days alongside the Astoria Regatta to its current home at the scenic Clatsop County Fair & Expo. The Fair draws 7,000 - 10,000 fairgoers from across the region for four days of family-friendly fun and community spirit! This year, we’re thrilled to announce the return of a carnival! After several years away, the carnival is back! – Brining rides, classic games, and that unmistakable fairground energy. This exciting addition to the fair is expected to boost attendance and foot traffic throughout the fairgrounds, making 2026 a fantastic year for vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, entertainers, and fairgoers. The 2026 Fair will feature: • Rides and Carnival Games! • Vendors! • Live music daily and a large outdoor concert on Friday night (July 24, 2026) • Main stage performances, talent show, and a car show. • 4-H and FFA livestock exhibits, crafts, and education al displays. • Community Competitions – showcasing the talents of Clatsop County • Free parking and affordable admission options, including a family cap and season pass. Parking instructions

Parking is free and there's plenty! Parking is located in the lower field. The People Mover will be making loops for those who would like a ride to the Admissions Booth or to return back to the parking area. Disabled/Accessible parking and an ADA shuttle will be available onsite. Please be aware of restricted parking areas in the gravel lot.
