Parking instructions
Parking is available in various parking decks and surface lots around the First Ward Park area. Charlotte Pride does not provide parking. We recommend using the light rail or bus transportation. The Festival Zone is flanked by Lynx Light Rail stations: 7th St & 9th St Stations.

Terms & Conditions
Ticket Types & Access
The Crown Club VIP Pass provides access to all Crown Club-designated areas, including the Imperial Lounge (21+), private viewing lawn, and reserved parade viewing access.
Kids ages 8 and under may join ticketed guests on the Viewing Lawn with a paid adult (21+), and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Access to the Main Stage, Imperial Lounge, and Parade Viewing Area is not permitted.
Age Restrictions
Imperial Lounge (VIP Pass Only):
Guests must be 21 years of age or older on or before August 15, 2026, to enter the Imperial Lounge. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry and alcohol service. No exceptions.
Alcohol Policy
Imperial Lounge (VIP Pass Only):
Alcohol service is included with VIP Pass access within the Imperial Lounge. A valid photo ID is required for all alcohol service. Alcohol may not be removed from the Imperial Lounge into other festival or Crown Club areas.
Main Stage & Parade Viewing Areas:
Cash bars will be available in designated areas only.
General Alcohol Rules:
Overconsumption or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund
Charlotte Pride reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at any time
Wristbands & Entry
A valid, event-issued wristband is required for entry and re-entry into all Crown Club areas. Wristbands are issued daily at designated VIP check-in locations and must be worn at all times. Wristbands are non-transferable.
Removal Policy
Charlotte Pride, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any individual from the festival or any designated area for reasons including but not limited to:
Safety or security concerns
Intoxication or substance impairment
Failure to comply with staff or security
Violation of event rules or policies
Removal will result in no refund.
Crown Club Gift Bags
Available only to Crown Club VIP Pass holders. Distributed while supplies last.
General Policies
Charlotte Pride reserves the right to refuse service and modify schedules, amenities, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather, artist cancellations, or removal due to policy violations.
