VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS (Wildside-standard)
By submitting an application and/or participating in the Central Kentucky Paw Paw Festival at Wildside Winery, vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
Vendor Focus & Curation
This event is primarily curated for artists, crafters, makers, boutiques, farmers, plant vendors, and food trucks. Priority is given to vendors whose offerings align with the overall experience and atmosphere of the festival. Vendor selection is based on product fit, category balance, and space availability. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Family-Friendly Standard
Wildside Winery is a family-friendly venue. Only products, signage, and displays that reflect a family-friendly environment will be approved. The event organizer reserves the right to require removal of items not aligned with this standard.
Application Fee
The application fee is charged at the time of application submission and is non-refundable.
Booth Fee
A booth fee is charged upon acceptance. Booth fees are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation by the organizer.
Setup & Readiness
Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM each day. All vendors must be fully set up and ready to serve by 12:00 PM.
Booth Space, Placement & Equipment
Vendors must bring all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, displays, and weights. Vendor spaces are first come, first served within marked areas. Available spaces will be clearly marked on-site. Vendors must remain within their assigned footprint. Electricity is not available unless explicitly stated.
Products & Sales
Vendors may only sell items approved in their application. The event organizer reserves the right to require removal of unapproved items. Vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, and tax compliance.
Weather Policy
This is an outdoor, weather-aware event. In the event of poor or unsafe weather, the festival may be rescheduled. Vendor fees will carry over to the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related rescheduling.
Liability
Vendors participate at their own risk. Wildside Winery and affiliated parties are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Conduct
Vendors are expected to act professionally and follow all instructions from event staff. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Photography & Promotion
The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Vendors grant permission for images of their booth and products to be used in marketing materials.
Agreement
Submission of an application constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions listed above.
