2026 Castro Carnival

Thank you for your intrest in participating in the Castro Carnival.

This application is for retail vendors, small business, artists, nonprofits and others NOT selling or serving food. If you are selling or giving away food of any kind please go back and fill out the Food Vendor Application. 

We welcome vendors sharing booth space, you will input both vendors information in the following application if you plan to share space.

Applications will be approved July 29th. Please reach out to castronightmarket@cgevents.co with questions. You are not confirmed to participate in the market unless you receive an official approval email July 29th.

This application is for food vendors who will sell or distribute food but DO NOT plan to cook food on site. If you plan to sell or serve food that is cooked on site please go back and fill out the Food Vendor - Cooking On Site application.

This application is for food vendors who plan to cook food on site. If you plan to sell or serve food that is not cooked on site please go back and fill out the Food Vendor 10FTx10FT No Cooking application.

This application is for bar vendors.

Bar vendors must submit a SF Department of Public Health TFF to the Castro Night Market two weeks prior to the event and submit a Form-218 to the CA Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control and pay any associated fees to the ABC.
