2026 Boynton Beach Night Market

ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE:

• Signed and Witnessed Vendor Agreement
• Signed Rules & Regulations
• Signed Waiver of Liability and Indemnification for each person who will work the event
• Signed and notarized Anti Human Trafficking Affidavit.
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Boynton Beach CRA as additionally insured.
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming City of Boynton Beach as additionally insured.
• A photo(s) of your products and/or vendor display.
• Boynton Beach Based Applicants will get $25 OFF the vendor fee when they upload proof of residency (Valid Driver’s License, State ID, or Business Tax Certificate).

VENDOR FEE: $250

Boynton Beach-based businesses will receive $25 OFF the vendor fee when proof of residency or business location is uploaded with the application.

$50: access to power (Access to power is available for an additional $50 fee and is subject to limited availability.)

• Accepted payment methods: Check, Money Order, Cash, or Credit Card.
• A credit card is required to submit the application, regardless of payment method.
• Cash payments are accepted in person only.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 5.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
• Credit cards will only be charged after the application has been approved.
• If paying by Check, Money Order, or Cash, your credit card will not be charged.
• Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Boynton Beach CRA and mailed or delivered to the address below.
