2026 BooFest

Volunteers will welcome guests and provide event details.

Volunteers will assist in the BooFest costume contests by serving as judges and managing lines for various age groups.

Volunteers will assist staff with managing vendors upon arrival and departure. Volunteers are needed for vendor check-in, vendor coordination, and vendor departure. Read the descriptions below for more information. Nine (9) ninety (90) minute volunteer slots are available for vendor management. Vendor Check-In: Volunteers will check in vendors as they arrive and direct them to their assigned booth space once they have been checked in. A list with all participating vendors will be distributed to volunteers the day of the event. Vendors will have an assigned space upon arrival. Check-in volunteers should defer to site coordinator volunteers in order to unload and exit the park. Vendor Coordinator: Volunteers will assist vendors as they unload booth equipment and direct vendors when exiting the park. On the day of the event, volunteers will be provided with a map of all booth spaces and participating vendors.
