The festival will take place at the Petaluma Fairgrounds.

• Vendors, community organizations, and exhibitors will be located outdoors on the lawn near the main stage.
• Please provide your own supplies including: table, chairs, shade structure, etc.
  
• *If cost is a barrier to participating and you are a local organization, are LGBTQIA+, or BIPOC-owned business/ independent artist, we can offer a limited number of 50% discounts, or can waive the application fee. The Petaluma Pride Festival offers unique opportunities for outreach to the queer/trans community for organizations/businesses that support our mission and champion equity and justice. If your company/group/organization is actively working against marginalized communities, the Pride Festival is not the space for your organization and we will politely decline your application based on the mission of Petaluma Pride. We seek involvement from those participants who affirm and support our message that the Pride Festival is and will continue to be a riot/protest and commemorates/continues the fight against discrimination and the struggle for equity, justice, and liberation for all queer/trans people and their families.

Host a Pride event of your own! We'd love to see events that uplift the queer and trans community all around Petaluma in the week before and after the 2025 Petaluma Pride Festival on Saturday, October 11.

 

All event proposals will be reviewed by the Petaluma Pride team and we'll work with the folks behind accepted proposals to finalize details.

 

Accepted events will be added to the official event program, which will be published in September.
