Requirements:
-Participating artists must have a current Art Association membership at the time of the show’s display dates.
-Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces of artwork for consideration.
-There are no size restrictions.
-The show is not juried, but inclusion of work will be determined by available hanging space.
-Every artist who submits work for consideration is guaranteed a minimum of one (1) piece to be displayed in the exhibition.
-Submitted artwork should have been finished during 2024 - 2025 and never before displayed in an Art Association exhibition.
-All works must be for sale - no NFS.
-The artist/gallery split is 60% to the artist, 40% to the Art Association. Please price accordingly.
-All artists are required to submit an artist statement including an explanation of how their work relates to the theme, “Into Focus.”
-Work must be ready to display - framed and wired, freestanding, or otherwise ready to hang/display.
-Artists should submit their work and artist statements through Eventeny.com, the platform the Art Association uses to manage art applications and exhibitions.
-There is no charge to submit work for consideration.

Digital Image Requirements:
-Please submit up to 3 images of the actual pieces that you will be submitting for consideration, including title, image size in inches (height x width for 2d works, height x width x depth for 3d works), medium, and price.
-Images should be high enough quality to be a good representation of the work on digital screen. (A good rule of thumb is 72 psi, 1200 pixels on the longest side).
-Please try to keep files under 1 megabyte in size.
Notification of Inclusion:
Email notifications of which piece(s) have been selected for the show will be sent out on Friday, September 12 by 5 pm.
Delivery of Work:
-Work must be clearly labeled with your name and email/phone, as well as title, year completed, medium, size, and price. A piece of paper taped to the back of your work with masking tape will suffice. This is for clarity and tracking purposes only. Your contact information will not be shared with buyers unless you choose to do so. You are welcome to include a business card or other contact information attached to the back of your work if you want to share that information.
-Work should be delivered to the Art Association Gallery (240 S. Glenwood St) October 1-3, 2025 between 10 AM and 5 PM. Please make arrangements with a friend to deliver work during this drop off period if you are not able to do so yourself.
-Out of town members may ship their work to arrive October 1-3. If you are shipping work, you must pack your art in a reusable box or shipping container. No packing peanuts, please. A prepaid return shipping label is preferred for returning work, but we can also charge a credit card for return shipping.
