Parking Information for Vendors and Attendees
Parking at the Prime Osborn Convention Center is designed to be convenient for both vendors and attendees of the 2025 Jacksonville Home, Patio, Crafts & Fair. The convention center provides an on-site parking garage and several surrounding lots, all located at 1000 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204.
Vendors will be given access to designated parking areas that are close to the loading docks for easier load-in and load-out. Upon arrival, vendors should follow the instructions of parking staff, who will guide them to the correct area. During setup and breakdown, vehicles may be driven to the loading dock for unloading and loading only. However, to keep traffic moving smoothly, all vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking lot immediately after unloading.
Attendees are welcome to use the main parking garage and overflow lots located within walking distance of the convention center. Parking fees are set by the venue and typically range from $5 to $15 per day, though rates are subject to change. To accommodate all guests, there are also handicap-accessible parking spaces located near the main entrances.
For everyone’s safety and convenience, we ask vendors and attendees to park only in designated areas and to follow event staff directions at all times. Vendors should also keep in mind that parking spaces close to the loading docks are strictly limited to setup and breakdown use and are not intended for all-day parking.
By following these parking instructions, we ensure smooth traffic flow, easy access for everyone, and a safe environment for the duration of the fair.
